What we offer
QED Studio And Virtual Event Equipment
QED offers a professional studio that is set up to deliver everything you need from your virtual event. In this comfortable and welcoming space, we provide you with all the necessary equipment for a positive event experience. We take care of the streaming, filming, audio (headsets, hand-held microphones, speakers, professional audio system), interactivity, lighting, social media, and décor.
Virtual Conference Platform And Technical Assistance
We take care of the virtual conference platform that delegates experience the live stream through. We show a detailed agenda and a list of speakers. We display your event branding on a frame showing throughout the whole event. The event will be recorded and there is the possibility to live broadcast your whole event on the social media platforms of your choice.
Engage With Your Audience
Attendees can interact with your keynote speakers and ask questions directly through live chat or by turning on their video and microphones. The choice is yours how you want the event to be structured. The audience can also participate in polls and see live results if there is a requirement for that.
Virtual Networking
We provide break-out sessions and group networking, which takes place in the main chat, through private messages, or a video call. Attendees can either choose to connect to a particular person from the delegate list or let the platform connect them with someone else who is interested in networking at this exact time.
