Ivan Keller

DLT Pilot Lead, Digital Finance Unit, DG FISMA, European Commission

Ivan Keller is a team leader working on distributed ledger technology (DLT) at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union (DG FISMA). He works on the MICA and DLT pilot regulation, dealing with the legal and policy issues related to the use of DLT in financial services. Previously, he worked on policy matters relating to market integrity and securities markets.
