Paid Internship in Event Coordination

The internship will ideally start beginning of May 2024 and last for a limited period of 6 months.

Understanding of video conferencing and streaming platforms will be considered an asset.
Knowledge of streaming software’s will be considered an asset.
Knowledge of webinar management will be considered an asset.
Knowledge of event production will be considered an asset.
Relevant university degree: event management, business, communication or similar.
Fluent in English and French (written and oral). Any additional EU language would be considered an asset.

What you will be doing

Assist the team with the overall coordination projects.
Collecting offers and negotiating prices from venues and subcontractors.
Coordination with the selected venues and subcontractors.
Assist with the operational tasks of events in our studio.
Assist with the coordination of our meeting rooms.
Assist with the preparations for our events.
Registration management.
Managing and updating our contact list, followed by the integration in the CRM system.
